The department has been an important collaborator with the festival for the past six years, according to Dr. Abdullah Al-Ketbi, Director of the Al Bataeh branch. Nonetheless, this year's participation is different for a number of reasons, such as the festival's site, its scope, and the duration (spanning three weeks).
The events of the festival, which highlight the Bedouin environment and its traditions and customs, are reflected in its theme, as pointed out by Al-Ketbi.
In his remarks, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ketbi thanked the Al Bataeh Municipality and Municipal Council for hosting the event.
