SCFA discusses Emirati women writers' literature affairs

Sharjah24: The Cultural and Media Office of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah organised a consultative meeting for Emirati women writers, to discuss proposals for expanding Emirati literature’s horizon in general and women’s in particular.

Salha Ghabish, Head of the Cultural and Media Office, and the attendee discussed the challenges facing Emirati women writers and several proposals highlighting women writers’ contribution to literature and encouraging productivity.

Ghabish stressed that the addressed proposals will be taken into consideration for implementation in the future.
