His remarks came during the announcement of the results of the Federal Service Centres' evaluation (Star Rating) for 124 entities providing government services through ministry buildings, communication centres, and digital services.
The comprehensive Traffic and Licencing Services Centre and the Wasit Police Centre both received six stars, while the Kalba Comprehensive Police Centre, Western Comprehensive Police Centre, Industrial Comprehensive Police Centre, and Eastern Region Police Centre were all awarded five stars.
Major General Al Shamsi added that the announcement by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, regarding the (6-star) rating for Sharjah Police Centres within the best service entities in the Federal Government's global star rating system for 2023 is a reflection of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah.
This accomplishment is also due to His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and his direct and unwavering support.
It also corresponds with the directives of His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, who emphasises improving service quality to match the wise leadership's expectations.
The Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police stated that the global star rating system for government service classification is a developmental stage in future planning, with competition among service centres and channels in the country.
He commended the employees at the service centre and the Sharjah Police working teams on this global success, applauding their ongoing efforts to provide the best services with a team spirit.
