Sharjah24: The Board of Directors of Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club, headed by His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, organized the first Innovation Lab session on Saturday to generate innovative and pioneering ideas and initiatives, which included members of the Board of Directors, employees, administrators and players of the club’s teams, in order to update the club’s strategic plan 2024-2027.
The session began with the presentation of the initial strategic plan for Al Hamriyah Club, which was reviewed by Omar Bu Khalaf, member of the Institutional Development Committee.
His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi stated that the importance of such sessions lies in the importance of listening to the opinions of all concerned, taking their suggestions and involving them in creating ideas and initiatives that contribute to improving and developing Al Hamriyah Club in all aspects.
His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi praised the creative and innovative ideas generated by the Innovation Lab, which generate more than 200 ideas sharing and evaluating in terms of their impact on achieving the club’s strategy and on the beneficiaries of Al Hamriyah Club and all its services.
His Excellency emphasized that the Board of Directors would analyze the suggestions, incorporate them into a strategic plan, and use every resource at its disposal to make them happen in a way that elevates the club's athletic and cultural standards.
