The event began with a speech from Mrs. Nouria Shams El Din, Head of the Membership Department, who welcomed the Club’s members and praised them for the important role they play in making the organization such a success. She explained that customer satisfaction is the Club’s main priority, and staff were always ready to take on their feedback and act on it to improve the levels of service they provide.
Talk then moved on to Pink October and breast cancer screening awareness, which the Club is taking very seriously as part of its mission to promote healthier living and improve the quality of life of its members.
The event also featured a raffle draw offering valuable prizes and an engaging soap-making workshop, all contributing to a joyous and enriching social gathering.
