Sharjah Ladies Club celebrates World Wellness Weekend 2023

Sharjah24: Duaa Al Mahri, Director of Corporate Communication at Sharjah Ladies Club confirmed that the club is taking part in the World Wellness Weekend 2023 for the 3rd time in a row and will host a number of notable fitness, health, and beauty-related activities and events over the course of 40 hours. World Wellness Weekend encourages people to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The event takes place from September 15th to 17th, offering a variety of fitness and entertainment activities and workshops.

Al Mahri claimed that Basateen Preschool Centre organise a variety of different activities, including hat decorating and pottery workshops for kids, as well as several other workshops and activities in cooperation with competent authorities.

She said that the Sharjah Ladies Club grants women unlimited use of sports equipment and free entry to all sports classes during this period, in an effort to promote a culture of health.
