Sharjah 24: The Sharjah men's handball team secured a convincing victory against their Saudi counterparts, Al Adalah, in a friendly match held at the club's hall in Samnan. This match was part of the team's preparations for the upcoming season.
The Saudi team is currently engaged in a two-week training camp within the country. Their contingent, led by Abdullah Al Biladi, the director of sports games at the club, and Hassan Al Essa, the handball supervisor, includes the coaching staff and 16 players.

During the first half, Tunisian coach Sami Al Saadi fielded his core lineup, and in the subsequent halves, he experimented with all team members. This strategy aimed to cultivate a heightened match awareness among the players and immerse them in the competitive atmosphere

Al Saadi acknowledged that the Saudi team's presence provided valuable experience for his own team. Their goal for the upcoming season remains focused on sustaining positive outcomes. He emphasised that the team is still in its preparatory phase, with substantial work awaiting both the coaching staff and players before they engage in competitive matches.

Hassan Al Essa, the supervisor at Al Adalah Club, shared, "We are currently participating in a two-week preparatory camp in the United Arab Emirates, featuring three trial matches against Sharjah and Dibba Al Hisn clubs. The camp's progress is promising, particularly due to the unwavering support we receive from the management of both Sharjah and Dibba Al Hisn clubs."

He continued, "Sharjah Club boasts a distinguished reputation in Gulf handball. We opted to initiate our initial collaboration with them to capitalise on the wealth of experience and renowned talents within their ranks."
