Sharjah24: Al Qassimi Woman and Children Hospital in Sharjah, affiliated to the Emirates Health Services (EHS), able to host the Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) exams at the hospital, with the participation of about 24 doctors specializing in pediatrics.
The hospital assigned 12 medical specialists from the Royal College and other pediatric specialists from the UAE.
Being chosen to organise the exam is an achievement added to the hospital, given the required efforts and capabilities reflecting the hospital's rapid progression.
Dr. Safia Saif Al Khaja, Director of Al Qassimi Woman and Children Hospital, hailed the staff for their efforts in preparing and supervising the exams, led by Dr. Amal Sharif, the general organizer and supervisor of the exams.
Organising such examinations outside the United Kingdom requires exceptional standards along with passing the evaluation of the Royal College, which puts Al Qassimi Hospital for Woman and Children on the map, gaining recognition as a permanent organiser of the Royal College examinations in pediatrics in the UAE.
Passing the exam, the doctors will receive a fellowship degree from the MRCPCH, a distinctive recognition for the EHS’s staff at the state level in pediatrics.
