Sharjah 24: Sheikh Khalid bin Issam Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation in Sharjah, stated that Sharjah Padel Tennis Championship, in its first edition, saw a great competition among the participants, which amounted to 230 players from 16 different nationalities.

Sheikh Khalid bin Issam Al Qasimi extended his thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for supporting sports in Sharjah. He also extended thanks and gratitude to Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, for supporting athletes at the conclusion of the Sharjah Padel Tennis Championship, which was held on the World Padel Academy (WPA) courts in Al Rahmaniya suburb in Sharjah.

Sheikh Khalid bin Issam Al Qasimi also extended thanks and appreciation to the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (SBA) for organising the first edition of the Padel Tennis Championship, where 230 players from 16 different nationalities competed.

At the end of his speech, Sheikh Khalid bin Issam Al Qasimi congratulates the winners and wished success to all.
