Sharjah24: The Arbitration Committee for the Arthritis Friendly Schools Award, in its first edition, organised by the Friends of Arthritis Patients (FOAP) of the Health Promotion Department of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, has selected the winning schools in Sharjah.
The results will be announced during the award's first ceremony, held at the Sharjah Ladies Club, on May 31.
The award targeted second and third-cycle students in Sharjah, public and private schools, by evaluating schools' works that met the requirements.
Wahida Abdelaziz, Head of FOAP, stated that the committee in charge of evaluating the student's submitted works according to the programme's criteria to choose the most innovative and compatible ones to win the title of an arthritis-friendly school.
