AHM reviews food preservation techniques

The lecture was organised at the headquarters of the Al Hamriyah District Council, in the presence of the people of the region, the attendees of the Ramadan Majlis, and a group of invited guests, in line with the Municipality’s social responsibility.

During the lecture, a number of public health specialists in Al Hamriyah Municipality presented a number of important educational messages, in addition to introducing ancient food preservation techniques that had a role and impact in creating the modern methods.

The lecturers provided a full explanation of the topics related to the manufacture of food products that have a long shelf life.
