Sharjah24: Engineer Mohammed Al Zarooni, Head of Projects Department at the Prevention and Safety Authority, announced the launch of the "Sharjah Forum for Building Safety " at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), which aimed at acquainting real estate and firefighting companies with the importance of ensuring safety procedures in buildings.
The forum was organized by the Prevention and Safety Authority in cooperation with the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority and the SANED Facility Management.
Al Zarooni emphasised in statements to "Sharjah 24" that the forum explained to the companies the new projects of the Prevention and Safety Authority, and the requirements of the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority in order to maintain the safety and security of buildings.
Al Zarooni confirmed that the forum also focused on answering all questions presented by owners of real estate companies in order to provide full information about the significant of the building's safety.
