Also in attendance was His Excellency Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, the Director General of Central Operations at Sharjah Police, along with His Excellency Obaid Rashid Al Hossan Al Shamsi, the Deputy Chairman of the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority.

Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, the Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police and the Head of the Local Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management Team in Sharjah, stressed the crucial role of implementing the National Standard for Business Continuity Management System (AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021). This initiative aims to bolster the preparedness and responsiveness of governmental agencies in Sharjah, enabling them to swiftly and effectively tackle emergencies, crises, and disaster situations.
This recognition is seen as a vital step in Sharjah's journey to becoming a safe and sustainable emirate, well-equipped to tackle future challenges both effectively and efficiently. Engineer Noura Al Hammadi, the Head of the Readiness Section at the Authority, emphasized that recognizing these entities is an integral part of the Authority's strategy to promote readiness and emergency preparedness across all levels.
