The Sharjah Directorate of Public Works (SDPW)- Dibba Al Hisn branch - marked the National Sports Day event, which is launched under the motto "The UAE Unites Us", with the participation of the branch's employees, by allocating an hour of walking and exercise on the water canal’s rubber walkway.
Altaf Al Naqbi, senior media coordinator from the Dibba Al Hisn branch, emphasised the importance of the National Sports Day to invest in movement and recreational sports activities for all segments of society. She also explained that this initiative stems from the importance of sport and the keenness to adopt it as a way of life.
