SDPW hosts Together We Think and Create Initiative

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) hosted an initiative at its Dibba Al-Hisn branch titled "Together We Think and Create," aimed at motivating employees and boosting their innovative and creative abilities.

The initiative featured a comprehensive motivational programme, including a specialised workshop on "Creative and Innovative Thinking" and a series of interactive competitions, which enriched the event and encouraged greater interaction among attendees.

Workshop focus on innovation and creative thinking

The workshop was attended by employees from branch management and focused on key areas for fostering a stimulating and creative work environment. Topics included the traits of an innovative personality, identifying creative individuals, and their role in improving the work environment. It also covered how to create a climate that stimulates innovation, the importance of creativity in achieving institutional excellence, and methods to develop creative solutions through innovative thinking techniques.

Enhancing teamwork and supporting excellence

The initiative saw strong engagement from participants, who showed keen interest in the topics discussed. It also provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and suggestions aimed at enhancing teamwork and achieving the SDPW's strategic goals.
