Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work announced its readiness to organise its fourth forum for volunteer work 2023, under the theme "Sustainability of Volunteering", which will kick off on February 15, at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park.
The forum aims to present the best practices related to the sustainability of volunteer work, and the role of institutions, entities, volunteer teams and educational institutions in promoting this approach, in addition to identifying the opportunities and challenges facing the process of sustaining volunteer work institutionally and societally.
On this occasion, Fatima Musa Al Balushi, Executive Director of the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work and Chairperson of the Organising Committee, stated that the forum would include a discussion of 3 sessions presented by experts from government entities and academic researchers with competence and experience in the fields of voluntary studies.
