SAVW launches Al Wusta Exhibition for Voluntary Work in Al Dhaid

Sharjah24: The "Al Wusta Exhibition for Voluntary Work", organised by the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work (SAVW), will be launched on Tuesday, November 8, at the University of Sharjah in Al Dhaid, with the participation of several government agencies and non-profit organisations.

It will run on Tuesday and Wednesday from the 8th to the 9th of November.

The exhibition aims to university students, citizens of the central region, and all those interested in volunteer work, which would contribute to spreading the culture of volunteer work among students and community members.

Dr. Jassim Al Hammadi, Secretary-General of the Award, explained that the exhibition's objective is to introduce itself in general and the voluntary programmes in Sharjah.

He thanked the University of Sharjah in Al Dhaid for hosting the exhibition, especially since the university cooperates with various community institutions to serve the local community and provide various services to people.
