AHM organises lectures on community's role in vector control

Sharjah24: The Public Health Department of Al Hamriyah Municipality (AHM) organised a series of awareness and education lectures, aiming to raise the awareness of the community members and families of their roles in combating health disease vector-control strategies.

The lectures were organised in cooperation with the Al Hamriyah District Council of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs, in line with the Al Hamriyah Municipality strategic plan for 2023-2026, in line with its community plans to enhance aspects of continuous awareness.

The specialists of the Public Health Department in Al Hamriyah Municipality gave a number of educational lectures and presented a number of educational advice to the participants in the lecture.
Commenting on this, His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, emphasised the Municipality’s keenness to promote human health, translating the Municipality's strategic plan of 2023-2026, within the framework of its ongoing community and awareness plans.

He emphasised that the Municipality carries out the vector control service, which are assigned to specialised teams, in various locations in Al Hamriyah area.
