During a meeting held with the heads of several suburb councils, Sheikh Majid praised the role of the suburban councils and the programs and initiatives they have implemented since their establishment, along with the efforts of their members. He pointed out the importance of these councils and the department integrating and coordinating with all departments to enhance social cohesion.
The most prominent programmes of the councils that will be held in 2023 were reviewed.
The meeting discussed, among the attendees, several ideas, development proposals, and projects that support the goals of the department and councils.
