Sharjah 24: The Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators has just unveiled the 2023 Theatre and Performing Arts Project, which includes programmes, initiatives, and competitions for people aged 6 to 31.

The project's inspiration comes from the words of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah: "Let us make theatre a school of morality and freedom." The programme will help young people develop into effective leaders while also teaching them to work together and acquire new skills.

On the evening of January 10, 2023, the announcement was made at the "Al Zahia Theatre," the headquarters of Rubu' Qarn for theatre and the performing arts, in the presence of a remarkable public turnout, by Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan bin Khalid Al Qasimi, and a group of officials, eminent personalities, directors of Rubu' Qarn institutions, and a group of artists and theatre lovers.

Attendees learned about the accomplishments of the performing arts programmes at Rubu' Qarn through a video that also disclosed the total number of members at Rubu' Qarn organisations: 1192.
