Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) organised a recreational trip for the elderly retirees affiliated with the department.
Mohammed Bilal, Supervisor of External Trips at the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD), announced the organisation of a community initiative for elderly retirees, with the aim of recreation and entertainment.
He added, during exclusive statements to Sharjah 24, that the initiative is a recreational trip to the Mleiha area in Sharjah, with the participation of more than 20 retired elderly members of the department, as part of the decent living project launched by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
He stressed that the SSSD is keen to organise such initiatives and trips, hoping that it will achieve its goals in making members happy.
Concluding his statement, he thanked and appreciated all the participants in the trip and the SSSD for these valuable initiatives.
