Sharjah 24: Mohammed Al Hosani, Director of Al Qasba and Al Majaz Waterfront of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), announced shows and events for New Year's Eve celebrations 2023, in family destinations in the emirate, in partnership with the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority.

He said to “Sharjah 24” that the most important activities included 10-minute fireworks at Al Majaz Waterfront, where for the first time the activities included distinctive water shows accompanying the New Year's celebrations, which lasted from 8 pm to 12 pm, as well as 5-minute fireworks on Khorfakkan Beach where a number of activities were also held.

Al Hosani pointed out that the activities in the Emirate of Sharjah were held in several places including  Al Noor Island, which is characterised by a beautiful view of Khalid Lake and the Mleiha archaeological and environmental tourism project.
