Sharjah 24: Several significant achievements were made in 2022 by Sharjah Sustainable City, the first sustainable residential community in the Emirate of Sharjah, constructed in partnership between the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Diamond Developers.

The initial 604 villas in the first two phases sold out in less than a year, prompting the development of the third phase with its 324 villas. The first villas have been handed over to their new owners.

Executive Director of Sharjah Sustainable City Yousef Al Mutawa remarked, "I am glad to see the enormous progress we have achieved in Sharjah Sustainable City by the end of 2022, which gets us closer to our objective of being the first ecologically friendly city in the heart of the Emirate of Sharjah."
