This came during the workshop organised by the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club at its headquarters Friday evening, and was attended by the coaches of the club's group and individual sports teams, Captain Faisal Al-Hammadi, the supervisor of the sports department, and Captain Badr Al Mazmi, the assistant supervisor.
During the workshop, the lecturer dealt with activating the complementary role between the basic components of the ethical sports system, as well as the optimal employment of the sports identity to represent a lifestyle, since sports ethics are one of the most important aspects of a successful sports environment in our society.
After the conclusion of the workshop and honouring the lecturer, Abdullah Salem Al Ketbi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, stressed the keenness of the Club’s management to organise workshops that achieve the strategic goals of the club within the framework of the vision of the Sharjah Sports Council and the realisation of the UAE's directions in the sports sector.
He pointed out that sports ethics is considered one of the pillars of the success of sports and athletes, since they are integrated with the sports cultural efforts in various forms, which pour into one vision and common goals that reflect the directions of sports in the UAE and the interest in practicing various sports in a healthy climate and an attractive environment that establishes a generation of talents who form the nucleus of future champions.
