Sharjah 24: On the occasion of the UAE's 51st National Day, Director of the Sharjah's Department Statistics and Community Development (DSCD), Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, expressed his best wishes to the people of the country and its wise leaders.
He stated: "The UAE is now able to leverage its wealth and capabilities to build the country and equip its people to manage various sectors, with reliance on its high calibre in the latest findings of statistics and data sciences, thanks to the union."
"The Department of Statistics and Community Development in Sharjah is one of the development components that were established in all of the country's emirates under the formation of the Union State, and it works to collect statistical data that assists decision-makers and enhances the UAE's position on the map of the developed world," he added.
To stay up with the newest statistical advances, the department has operated under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
