Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) celebrated the 51st National Day of the UAE, with the presence of all its departments and centres.
A ceremony was held in the elderly nursing home to allow senior citizens to share the joy of the National Day with younger generations.
The event witnessed the participation of many different institutions, entities and schools, who presented artistic and heritage performances.
An exhibition of art paintings was also held, which displays the history of UAE, in addition to the heritage paintings presented by schools.
The “Intaj” centre affiliated with the SSSD also participated in the celebrations, which offered packages for food, delicacies, and others.
