Sharjah 24: In a vote that took place at the club's headquarters through direct balloting, the Board of Directors of the Chess and Culture Club for Sharjah Women gave their full endorsement to the club's female players' council.

The Chess and Culture Club for Sharjah Women's Players' Council works toward the club's mission of enabling female players to actively participate in defining the future of sports.

The club's board chair, Naglaa Al Shamsi, extended her congratulations to the players and affirmed that the Players' Council would serve as a liaison between the players and the leadership, helping to elevate female athletes to new levels of achievement and bringing chess to the international stage.
