Al Shamsi: 300 candidates for Shura councils

Sharjah24: With the theme "A Quarter Century of Excellence in Parliamentary Work," Noura Al-Shamsi, Acting Deputy Director of "Sharjah Children", announced the launch of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovator' 17th session of the Sharjah Children's Shura Council, and 8th session of the Sharjah Youth Shura.

She also reassured that, since its inception in 1997, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has laid the groundwork for parliamentary work for children and youth.

In comments to "Sharjah 24," Al Shamsi noted that more than 300 male and female candidates were received for the Children and Youth Shura, and the interview process had started for those who matched the requirements.
