Sharjah24: The College of the Noble Qur’an at Al Qasimyah University (AQU) signed three memorandum of scientific cooperation with a number of universities and academic parties.

The signing included the College of the Noble Qur’an at the International University of Africa , the College of the Noble Qur’an and Islamic Studies at the Islamic University of Madinah and the Mohammed VI Institute of Qur’anic Readings and Studies in Rabat affiliated with the University of Al-Qarawiyyin in Morocco, in order to strengthen efforts to serve the sciences of the Noble Qur’an.

The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the first international Quranic forum for students of the Colleges of the Holy Quran at the headquarters of Al Qasimia University in Sharjah on Friday evening.

The signing of the memoranda was attended by His Excellency Jamal Salem Al-Tarifi, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Awad Al-Khalaf, Director of Al Qasimia University, Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Othman, Dean of the College of the Holy Qur’an at Al Qasimia University, along with a group of specialists.

The memoranda focuses on the development of academic and scientific cooperation in all joint scientific, cultural and educational activities , in addition to publishing scientific articles and academic books to serve the sciences of the Noble Qur’an.
