Sharjah 24: After six years on the air, the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority-affiliated station "Al Wusta from Al Dhaid" has unveiled a new season of Gulf and Arab programmes.
In the new season, the channel will continue its mission to promote Emirati and Gulf society's values through a wide range of cultural, heritage, community, religious, and sporting content. This is in line with the channel's long-term goal of helping the Emirate of Sharjah's ongoing cultural and civilisational renaissance.

Among the new releases are shows like "The Best of What I Read," "The Firsts," and "Al Sari," which features astronomical and astrological indications of the stars to retrace the steps of the ancients.

Al Wusta Channel Director Saeed Rashid bin Fadel Al Ketbi of Al Dhaid said, "The channel keeps in mind a fundamental vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, embodied in the support and protection of heritage of all kinds, in addition to paying attention to everything that supports Sharjah's message: building people and developing places."
