Sharjah 24: On Thursday morning, Adil Abdul Hafiz and Mohammed Rahat Allah were honoured by Sharjah Police Chief Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi at the SP's headquarters in the presence of Brigadier General Ibrahim Musabeh Al Ajil, the Deputy Director General of Police Operations Department, and Colonel Youssef Bin Harmoul, the Department's Director.

This recognition was bestowed upon them because of their brave actions in stopping a youngster from falling off a building in the Al Taawun area of Sharjah and saving him before calling the police.

Major General Al Shamsi lauded the honorees' exemplary behaviour and prompt response, emphasising the Sharjah Police's readiness to recognise people collaborating with them.

The two persons thanked the Sharjah Police General Command for their efforts and emphasised that what they had done was a humanitarian duty and a societal responsibility.
