Sharjah 24: Captain Khaled Al Shamsi, Director of the Strategy and Excellence Branch in the Traffic and Patrols Department at Sharjah Police (SP), stated that the Traffic and Patrols Department is working to provide all smart services to enhance the satisfaction, and save time and effort.

Captain Khaled Al Shamsi, Director of the Strategy and Excellence Branch in the Traffic and Patrols Department at SP, said that in line with the efforts to provide the best services and based on the principle of transparency, the Traffic and Patrols Department is taking into account the observations and suggestions of the public on a continuous basis.

Al Shamsi added in exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24”, that the public can submit their suggestions, comments and complaints by registering through the MOI application, clicking on help, then the complaint icon, registering the details and sending it, and it will be received by the concerned employee and dealt with within five working days.
