Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Centre for Islamic Economics at Al Qasimia University (AQU) celebrated the graduation of a group of accredited professional diploma students in Islamic banking.
Dr. Awad Al Khalaf, Director of Al Qasimia University, and Dr. Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Director of the Sharjah Centre for Islamic Economics at Al Qasimia University, joined by Jamal Al Tarifi, President of Al Qasimia University, presented the graduates with their graduation diplomas.
Graduates received a total of 100 hours of instruction, including 20 hours of hands-on experience in Islamic banking. They also learned about the history and evolution of Islamic banks, as well as how to finance and invest with Islamic banks and other vital aspects of Islamic banking. Students were taught how to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world situations by studying case studies in the field.
