Document sorting and classification were among the many topics covered in the first session, which was titled "Introduction to Archival Principles and Terminologies." Using examples from the field, the participants learned in depth about more than twenty different archiving principles.
There were three key issues addressed in the second session: the principle of respect for the origin; the idea of the three eras of documents; and the concept of the primary and secondary worth of documents, which are all explained in detail in this session.
The third and last workshop focused on defining archive document privacy by comparing office documents with archival documents.
