Sharjah 24: The second round of Sharjah Int’l Aquabike Championship, organsied by the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, the first of its kind, will start next Saturday as part of the club's annual activities and events.
The competition continues on the beaches of the Emirate of Sharjah with the launch of the second round of Sharjah Int’l Aquabike Championship organized by Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, the first of its kind and bears the name of the smiling emirate within the club's annual activities and events.
Sharjah International Marine Sports Club has set next Saturday, June 18, as the date for the start of the upcoming competitions on Al Hamriyah Beach, which will host the second round of the Championship after the beach of Dibba Al Hisn city hosted the first round, which attracted a selection of more than 70 international and local stars from different countries.
The results of the first round of the championship, that included strong competitions in different categories, resulted in Manee Al Marzouki winning first place in the open seated category, while Omar Abdullah Rashid Al Rashed won first place, in the open standing category; and Mohammed Mohsen Ali won first place, in the veterans standing category.
It is expected that the same number that participated in the first round of competitions will participate in the second round in four categories, namely the open seated category, the open standing category, the veteran standing category, and the junior category.
