The visit aims to review the experience of Sharjah Police in the field of customer happiness and its development efforts to serve and delight customers at the police level.
Welcoming the delegation, Lt. Col. Majid Al Nuaimi stressed the keenness of the Sharjah Police to exchange expertise and experiences with various government and private agencies and institutions in the country, praising the importance of employing international best practices aimed at developing services provided to customers, and raising the level of government services delivered to customers, aimed at improving the quality of life of community members.
The visiting delegation was briefed on the most prominent services provided to customers in the centre, which are in accordance with the best practices in the field of service provision, as well as a number of plans and mechanisms used, such as the marketing plan for services, the complaints and suggestions mechanism, and how to benefit from them to raise customer’s satisfaction.
At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation toured the centre's departments and facilities, during which Lt. Col. Majid Al Nuaimi gave a full explanation of the progress of the application process until obtaining services, and on how to respond to the inquiries received.
For their part, the visiting delegation expressed their happiness with this visit, which confirms the depth of cooperation relations and the promotion of effective communication among government agencies and its importance in reaching the highest levels of excellence in order to provide the best services to the community.
