Sharjah24: In a joint effort with the Ministry of Interior, the Sharjah Police General Command, the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department and the General Department of Federal Licensing are working to transform all services supplied to customers into electronic and smart services that can be accessed through Ministry of Interior's website or through the "moi" app. Sharjah 24 offered a real window to shed light on the services by interviewing Lt. Col. Abdul Rahman Khater, Head of the Vehicles Licensing Department, who spared no efforts in speaking about the services.
Lt. Col. Abdul Rahman Khater, Head of the Vehicles Licensing Department at Sharjah Police told Sharjah 24 that all services provided to individuals and companies in the Emirate of Sharjah will be digitalized to ensure customer satisfaction by reducing client journey.
The Head of the Vehicles Licensing Department at Sharjah Police confirmed that individuals or companies can register new vehicles purchased from agencies or exhibitions through the smart applications of the Ministry of Interior without visiting the Customer Happiness Centers of the Sharjah Police General Command.
