Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of Khorfakkan Municipal Council, Mohammad Saleh Al Suwaiji, Director of Sharjah's Department of Culture's Eastern Region branch, and a number of other government officials and those interested in hunting and the preservation of cultural and natural resources attended the session, which was hosted by Khorfakkan's Literary Council.
"Sharjah 24" spoke to Ahmed Al Naqbi, an executive of the Literary Council of Khorfakkan, who said the session was designed to teach future generations about the way of life in historic Khorfakkan, where parents and grandparents lived on farming and fishing.
