Sharjah 24: In the presence of Eng. Fawzia Al Qadi, Director of Khorfakkan Municipality, and members of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, chaired the 43rd general meeting for 2022.
Sultan Yaqoub Al Mansouri, Director of the Emiri Court in Khorfakkan, Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, and Colonel Sultan Al Shehhi, Director of the Eastern Region Civil Defence Department, participated in a part of the meeting.
At the commencement of the meeting, the participants prayed for the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace, and reaffirmed their commitment to the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The chairman and members of the council thanked His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for his directions to restructure the municipal councils in the Emirate of Sharjah, particularly Khorfakkan Municipal Council.
