The meeting provided an opportunity for consultation and comprehensive reviews of the various preparations and roles entrusted in the success of organizing the fourth session, as well as coordinated efforts between the various parties in the UAE and the Emirate of Sharjah to organize attending events in the presence of children members of Parliament, in addition to holding the fourth session on July 30th, next year.
Ayman Othman Al-Barout, Secretary-General of the Arab Parliament for the Child (APC), presided over the meeting, which was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC), Sharjah Consultative Council, the Sharjah Airport Authority, the Rubu' Qarn Foundation (RQ) for for Leaders and Innovators, Sharjah Police, Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah (GDRFA), The Sharjah Volunteer Center, the University of Sharjah (UOS), the Department of Government Relations, Al Thiqah Club for Handicapped , Sharjah Social Services Department , and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) are among the organizations involved.
His Excellency Ayman Othman Al-Barout greeted all parties involved in the ongoing preparations for hosting the fourth session of the second session of Parliament in the Emirate of Sharjah, which is slated to take place from July 24th to July 31st, 2022 .
In his speech, Al-Barout thanked all the partners for their contributions to the session's activities, which are held with the support and supervision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and the patronage of the Arab League Secretary-General, His Excellency Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
Following that, officials discussed all of their preparations for hosting the event, as well as their contribution and role in advancing aspects of integration to organize various events during the presence of Arab parliamentarian children (APC) in the UAE and to organize activities that converge with the objectives of Parliament in rehabilitation.
