Sharjah 24: Ahmed Abdelmohsen Al Mahmoud, Consultant for Strategic Planning, Institutional Performance Assessment and Project Management at the Sharjah Central Finance Department, stressed the importance of transferring traditional institutions to a fit institution capable of dealing with rapid and emergency changes.
This came during the "Institutional Fitness" workshop, organised by the Sharjah Book Authority (SBA) in the Eastern Region, in Dibba Al Hisn.
The workshop is part of a series of workshops targeting employees working in a number of government entities in the cities of the Eastern Region, with the aim of enhancing the skills of government employees, developing their creativity and introducing them to modern management skills.
