This comes as part of its strategic plan to provide integrated services to achieve comfort and happiness for the community.
It brought together a group of Musalla inhabitants with the goal of discussing their thoughts and proposals so that they may be incorporated into the design of the Musalla Garden, which is set to begin soon.
The teams that took part in the brainstorming session focused on the department's strategic directions, which were derived from the visions of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the directives of the Sharjah Executive Council, as well as the principles of the fifty and Millennium Development Goals.
Engineer Moza Al Zaabi from the department's Kalba branch said that the main goal of the brainstorming sessions is to get community members' opinions and exchange ideas with them in order to come up with new ideas and creative proposals for the department's projects and improve the efficiency and quality of the services they receive.
Maryam Al Mazmi, who is in charge of the Department's Institutional Communication Centre, said that it is important to have brainstorming sessions because they are a great way to share ideas, stand up for the needs of the community, and come up with ways to improve the services.
