Sharjah24: The program “Aman Ya Beladi” which is prepared by the Department of Media and Public Relations at the Sharjah Police, and is broadcast live on Sharjah Radio every Monday morning, reviewed a number of various topics through its various stations. This week’s episode was presented under the title "Security and Safety Requirements on the Beaches" was presented by Major Ibrahim Al Midfa and First Lieutenant Saud Busim.
The guest of the program, Colonel Saeed Al Suwaidi, Director of Centers Department at the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Sharjah, spoke about the preparations and readiness of the General Directorate of Civil Defense to provide a safe summer for the public from the marine and beach areas in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Colonel Saeed Al-Suwaidi pointed out on the security and safety procedures to be followed in marine areas and beaches, the necessity of swimming near the rescue platforms, and not allowing children to swim alone with the need to wear life jackets, shedding light on the importance of asking for assistance in case of emergency by calling rescue department's numbers  999 or 997.

The program included a telephone intervention, in which a member of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, Mohammed Ahmed Al Kamali, spoke about water bike riders and its safety laws and requirements, stressing that there are development plans and awareness campaigns in various social media, and random inspection campaigns to ensure the validity of water bikes.
