Sharjah24: Under the slogan "Autism Spectrum Disorder", Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services in Khorfakkan organised, on Thursday, an awareness event on autism spectrum disorder at the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre. Mona Karam, Director of the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) Branch in Khorfakhan, said in her statements to “Sharjah 24” that the event aimed to educate the community about this disease, with drawing attention to the talents and creativity of the city's students.
The event was witnessed by Sultan Yaqoub Al Mansouri, Director of the Khorfakkan Emiri Diwan, in the presence of a number of officials.
Commenting on this, She added in her statements to “Sharjah 24” that the event included performances by students of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Marine Transportation - Khorfakkan, with a distinguished participation of musicians from the Fujairah Art Academy, as well as a presentation of the creativity of the city's members in the arts of painting.
