Sharjah24: Sharjah Entrepreneurship Foundation "Ruwad" affiliated to the Department of Economic Development in Sharjah concluded its participation in the International Franchise Exhibition in Riyadh, which was launched in its sixth edition for 3 days last month, with the attendance of more than 5,000 visitors and the participation of more than 115 companies, from all over the world.
His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al-Mahmoud, Director of the Ruwad Foundation, affirmed that the Foundation’s participation with a group of its member projects in the exhibition comes within the framework of its keenness to be present in external events and exhibitions related to entrepreneurship, to benefit from opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to expand in the Gulf market. He emphasised that the participation also aimed to learn about the best practices and experiences applied in the field of supporting and developing small and medium enterprises, especially government and private agencies that incubate and support Gulf entrepreneurs, as well as business incubators and accelerators, and funding and advisory agencies in the field of commercial franchise from the Arab Gulf states.
Director of the Ruwad Foundation emphasised that the participation in the exhibition provided an opportunity for the member participants to expand and launch investment outside the country, by getting to know the participating brands, attending dialogue sessions, and building relationships with companies specialized in supporting commercial franchise.
