Sharjah24: Juma'a Obaid Salem Al Marashda, Head of Public Health Department in Kalba Municipality, announced the intensification of food inspection and control campaigns on markets and food outlets, in preparation for the holy month of Ramadan.
In statements to “Sharjah 24”, he said that the preparations included decorating the streets, public squares, and the facades of their buildings with lights and models expressing the holy month.
Al-Marashda confirmed that the municipality’s work teams have developed a plan of action to strengthen control over the markets for vegetables, fruits and fish over 3 work periods per day during the month of Ramadan.
