Sharjah24: His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, confirmed that the activities of the Sharjah Heritage Days in Al Hamriyah region were launched Thursday and concluded on 26th March, amid participation and distinguished activities.
He added to “Sharjah 24” that Al Hamriyah region has a different privacy, given that its people practice the life of the Bedouins and the urban life of the coastal people at the same time, and the heritage village in it was built under the directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, as it attracts the people of the region and Sharjah and the people of the Emiratis of Umm Al Quwain and Ajman.
Al-Musallam pointed out that the diversity of places in which Sharjah Heritage Days events are held in the Emirate of Sharjah helps deliver the message we want at the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, and contributes to conveying the government’s message that people remain committed to their identity, authenticity and heritage, especially since each region has its own privacy and each region enhances the value of this message.
