Sharjah24: Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH) launched 19th edition of Sharjah Heritage Days on Friday in the city of Kalba, In an exclusive statement to Sharjah24, Ahmed Mohamed Al Dah, Director of Heritage Projects and Properties at the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, affirmed that events include a rich and varied package of heritage, cultural and artistic activities extended to 25 of March in city of Kalba.
Al-Dah explained that the heritage village in Kalba contains various marine, mountainous and agricultural environments; Pointing to the participation of about 18 entities in the events, through which their projects related to heritage and the civilizational achievements of the Emirate of Sharjah in general, and the city of Kalba in particular.
It is worth noting that the Sharjah Heritage Days event was kicked off on Friday in Kalba in the presence of Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Ruler's Office in Kalba; Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage; Dr. Suleiman Sarhan Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Kalba, and a number of heads of departments.
