Sharjah24: Sharjah Sports Council Chairman, His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami revealed during the press conference held Thursday morning in Sharjah Media City (Shams) , the new program "Wae’d", to discover 60 players for leadership qualification of both genders from the age group between 12-14 and 15-17 years, in group and individual games, aiming to spread the culture of belonging and teamwork among players and adopt this approach as a model for preparing sports teams, contributing in developing a generation of young leaders.
In statements to "Sharjah 24", His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami indicated that "Wae’d" program aims to adopt the promising young leaders in the clubs of the Emirate of Sharjah, in addition to creating a generation of young leaders who serve the country in general and the Emirate of Sharjah in particular.
Concluding his speech, he thanked and appreciated all the attendees and all the partners and supervisors of the program, wishing success to all.
