Sharjah24: As part of its community race, the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), in cooperation with government and private institutions, organised the 2nd edition of the Tal Al Zafaran Run in the city of Al Dhaid in the Emirate of Sharjah, with the participation of 500 competitors of different age groups, over a distance of 3 and 6 km.
His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), confirmed that the Tal Al Zafaran Run is being held for the second time in the city of Al Dhaid, with great participation from various segments of society.
He added to "Sharjah 24" that the second edition of the race was well-organised , lauding the high turnout of community members, as the number of participants reached 500 contestants of different age groups.
Al Hazami thanked all the runners, participants and volunteers for the success of the activities of the Tal Tal Al Zafaran Run.
At the end of the race, the Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council crowned the winners of the second edition of the Tal Al Zafaran Run.
